Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Part-Time | $60/hr to start | South San Diego

KinderReady Behavior Solutions • Part-time • San Diego, CA • from $60 / hour • 2d ago

$60/hour to start (more with experience), 15 hours a week guaranteed, and benefits part-time roles almost never offer: 401(k), paid time off, mileage reimbursement, plus bonuses when your authorized hours stay full.

KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, local, BCBA-owned ABA practice in San Diego — not a corporate chain. Our founder is a BCBA who still does the work, which is why 90% of our staff stay. We're growing in South San Diego (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and nearby communities) and looking for a BCBA to pick up a caseload there.

What you get:

- 15 hrs/week guaranteed minimum (typically 15–30)

- 401(k) and paid time off — yes, on a part-time role

- Bonuses for utilization of authorized hours

- Mileage reimbursement and a flexible schedule you control

- A small team where you're a clinician, not a billable-hours number

What you'll do:

- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs

- Conduct assessments and adjust plans based on data

- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians

- Partner with families and caregivers
